The Secure Software Engineering (SSE) research group at the Institute for Software and Systems Engineering of TU Clausthal is seeking an outstanding
Research Assistant (m/f/d) in Software Security
(Part-time, TV-L E 13, 65%, Location: Goslar)
initially restricted to a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension upon successful performance.
We work at the intersection of Software Engineering and Security, aiming to facilitate the development of high-quality and secure software systems. We are based in DIGIT center, located in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage city of Goslar, Germany.

Your profile:
- MSc degree in Computer Science or a related subject (we also consider exceptional candidates who will be submitting their MSc thesis soon)
- Passionate to develop a world-class career in Secure Software Engineering (read more here)
- Strong programming skills (experience in program analysis, machine learning, and empirical studies is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in English in spoken and written form
- Willingness to pursue PhD studies
Your tasks:
- Research and Development in the above-mentioned area
- Publication of your research results
- Support of lectures, exercises and the supervision of students
